13-17th September 2026
Bari, Italy
The 78th AIPH Annual Congress will take place from 13th-17th September 2026 in the beautiful city of Bari, in the Puglia region of Italy. The event is organised with the support of AIPH’s member in Italy: ANVE.
Set in the south-east of Italy, Puglia is one of the country’s most productive and distinctive horticultural regions. Its long growing season, fertile soils, and abundant sunlight create ideal conditions for ornamental crop production, with nurseries producing a diverse range of plants for domestic and international markets.
Hosting the Congress in Puglia places delegates at the heart of a region where the power of plants is visible in practice—across its landscapes, its industry, and its communities. It provides a fitting setting to explore how horticulture continues to drive innovation, sustainability, and economic value on both a local and global scale.
The two Conferences included in the programme will be held at the Castello Svevo di Bari.
"The AIPH community is bringing together growers, landscapers, Expo organisers, and city leaders in Bari to explore the future of horticulture and greener cities. I am proud to welcome you to my home region of Puglia and look forward to sharing the best of Italian horticulture, landscaping, and hospitality with you. See you in Bari — Ciao!"
- Leonardo Capitanio, AIPH President
